Concerns
I've already paid for 2-3 sites with no leads. How is this different?
Those sites were built for the agency's portfolio, not for leads. We start with the metric (qualified leads / month), build backward from it, and tie our fee to delivering it. If we don't deliver leads, we don't get our success fee - period.
What counts as a 'qualified lead'?
Filled multi-step form (3+ steps, with valid contact details and stated need) OR phone call longer than 60 seconds on a tracked number. Both definitions are written into the contract before kick-off. No grey zones, no end-of-month surprises.
What if the leads come but my sales team can't close them?
Lead quality is our responsibility - we screen via multi-step forms and call tracking. Closing them is yours. We surface close-rate data in the monthly report so we can iterate together on form qualification, scripts, and follow-up cadence. If your close rate is below 5%, we will flag a sales process audit before scaling lead volume.
What happens if I cancel the contract?
Site keeps running. You own the code, content, domain, CRM, analytics - everything sat on your accounts from day one. You lose ongoing optimization and content production, success fee stops applying. 1-month notice period. No clawbacks, no penalties.
We are a law firm / medical clinic. Doesn't success fee per lead conflict with professional ethics?
Yes it can - which is why we offer a separate model for regulated industries: period-based bonuses tied to qualified contact targets, not per-acquisition fees. This is compliant with Polish Adwokacka / Radców Prawnych ethics codes and NIL medical advertising rules. Specific arrangement reviewed by your compliance team before signing.
Will you disappear after the site is live?
The monthly retainer exists precisely so we don't. We stay engaged as long as you pay - producing 2-4 new landing pages per month, A/B testing, running the lead dashboard, and being on call for issues. No retainer means no success fee for us, so the incentive is aligned: we lose income if we ghost you.
