Regional law firms / 4-15 leads/mo target

A law firm website that brings cases - without compromising professional ethics.

We rebuild the marketing surface around case-type-specific landing pages, an audited contact flow, and a referral-friendly trust block. Compensation structured to comply with Kodeks Etyki Adwokackiej / KERP - period retainer with bonus, no fee tied to individual representation.

  • Case-type-specific landing pages (divorce, accident claims, labour, etc.)
  • Schema.org LegalService + LocalBusiness markup for AI/SGE citations
  • Contact form with role-based routing (client / press / cooperation)
  • Compliance: no per-acquisition fee, no testimonials about specific cases

Industry-specific concerns we hear

"Can I advertise as a lawyer at all?"

You can inform - what you specialise in, where you work, how to contact you. You cannot promise outcomes, compare yourself favourably to named colleagues, or solicit specific cases. PULSE rebuilds the site to maximise informational value (case-type pages, FAQ, knowledge base) and minimises promotional language.

"How do you handle confidentiality of inquiries?"

Form submissions land directly in your inbox / CRM via encrypted transport. We do NOT store contact details in our infrastructure, we do NOT have access to ongoing matters. DPA + NDA signed before Sprint 0.

"What if a competing firm sees our case-type pages?"

They will. The defence isn't secrecy - it's depth. PULSE produces 3-5 case-type pages with genuine substance (process explainer, fee structure transparency, FAQ depth) that take months to copy. Public knowledge is your moat.

Compliance with professional ethics

Per-acquisition success fees can conflict with Kodeks Etyki Adwokackiej (art. 23) and KERP. For legal practices we adapt the PULSE pricing model: a period retainer plus a bonus tied to overall practice growth metrics (organic traffic, qualified-contact volume) rather than individual mandates. We document the structure in writing during Sprint 0 and your bar council can review it before contract signing.

  • No fee tied to outcome of any specific case
  • No client testimonials about pending or resolved matters
  • Bar council pre-review of compensation structure available

Pricing model for this industry

Legal: success fee per lead replaced by quarterly bonus tied to practice growth metrics. Same setup + retainer numbers as base PULSE.

The standard ROI calculator models per-lead success fee. For regulated industries we agree the period retainer + quarterly bonus structure during Sprint 0 - bring your numbers, we'll run the math live.

The link to the base PULSE page below shows the standard per-lead success fee model used for non-regulated industries. For your practice, that fee is replaced by the structure above - the base page is shown for context only.

Industry FAQ

01 Can a law firm use the per-lead success fee model?

Not directly - it conflicts with most professional ethics codes. For legal we substitute with a quarterly bonus tied to anonymised, aggregate growth metrics (e.g. organic search traffic growth, qualified-contact volume). Decoupled from any individual mandate.

02 Will my partners / bar council approve this?

We hand you a one-page summary of the compensation structure during Sprint 0 - exactly the document you'd present to a partners' meeting or your local bar council. If they reject the structure, you walk away with no further obligation.

03 What's the realistic lead volume for a regional law firm?

Specialist firms (divorce, accident claims) outside Tier-1 cities typically reach 4-15 qualified contacts per month after 3-4 months of PULSE work. General practices: 2-8. Top-tier Warsaw or Berlin firms with established brand can hit 200+ but are usually not the target audience.

04 Do you have case studies of other law firms?

Anonymised aggregate metrics from comparable mandates are available on request after NDA. Public case studies naming specific firms are intentionally not published - matches the discretion expected of legal sector relationships.

05 Who owns the site and content after the contract?

You. Code in your git repository, content under your name, hosting under your domain. PULSE retainer covers operations and growth - the asset is always yours.

06 How is the 48h free audit different from a sales pitch?

We deliver a one-page report identifying the top 3 lead-flow leaks on your current site (load speed, Schema gaps, form friction, missing case-type landing pages). If we conclude PULSE wouldn't pay off for your firm, the report says so explicitly. You walk away with the leaks identified either way.

Free 48h audit of your firm's website

We run real Lighthouse + Search Console + form-funnel analysis, deliver a one-page report identifying the top 3 leaks. No commitment, no upsell - if PULSE won't pay off for your firm, the report says so.
