The substitute that works: anonymised aggregate satisfaction data, hygiene/process transparency, accredited credentials, before/after content only for legally-permitted contexts and with explicit consent.

"Will the online booking integrate with our existing PMS?"

We support the major Polish (Estomed, Dental Manager) and German (Charly, Z1) PMS systems via documented APIs. If your PMS has no public API, we fall back to email-triggered manual import with a structured payload your front desk can paste.

"How do you handle GDPR for booking forms?"

PII flows directly from the form to your PMS/email via TLS - we don't store, log, or analyse patient data. Marketing analytics on the public site only sees behavioural events (page views, CTA clicks), never the form payload. DPA signed before any work starts.

Compliance with medical advertising rules

Per-patient success fees can conflict with Kodeks Etyki Lekarskiej and the NIL stance on medical advertising. For dental clinics PULSE substitutes the per-lead fee with a quarterly bonus on aggregate growth metrics (organic search traffic, booking-flow conversion rate) decoupled from individual patient acquisition or treatment selection. The structure is documented in writing during Sprint 0 and your chamber can pre-review it.

01 Can a dental clinic legally use online lead generation?

Yes, with restrictions on tone and content. Informational pages about treatments, qualifications, hygiene standards, and location are permitted. Promotional claims (best, cheapest, guaranteed results) and specific patient testimonials about outcomes are not. PULSE structures all copy to fit the informational lane.

02 How long until we see new bookings from the rebuilt site?

Direct traffic improvement: weeks 4-6 after launch (booking-flow friction removed). Organic search uplift: months 3-6 (treatment-specific landing pages climb in Google + AI search). Realistic uplift for premium clinics: +30-80% qualified consults within 6 months.

03 Do you integrate with online booking systems like Booksy?

Booksy / Doctena / Jameda integration is supported but typically not recommended as the primary booking funnel - those platforms inject their branding and own the patient relationship. Native PMS booking (Estomed, Dental Manager, Charly, Z1) with email fallback keeps the patient relationship on your side.

04 What about before/after photos - can we use them?

Depends on jurisdiction and procedure type. Aesthetic dentistry in some markets allows before/after with explicit patient consent and no comparative claims. Implantology and ortho usually require stricter restrictions. PULSE legal review covers your specific jurisdiction during Sprint 0 - we don't ship a page until compliance is signed off.

05 How does the quarterly growth bonus actually work?

We agree a baseline aggregate metric in Sprint 0 (e.g. monthly qualified-contact volume from organic search). Each quarter we measure the delta vs baseline. A small percentage of the value of that delta - capped, no per-patient pricing - is paid as bonus on top of the fixed retainer. The metric is anonymised and aggregate; no individual patient ever appears in our reporting.

06 What if a competing clinic copies our site structure?

Structure is the easy part - depth is the moat. PULSE produces 4-6 treatment-specific pages with real substance (process explainer, technology stack used, hygiene certifications, aftercare guidance) that take a competitor months to replicate. Schema.org markup also signals expertise to AI search - hard to fake.
